Refund policy
Because every Preserved Aloha piece is handmade and one of a kind, all sales are final once shipped. We're unable to offer returns or exchanges due to the unique nature of each item; no two pieces are exactly alike, so a returned item cannot be simply "restocked."
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
